Do You Like Beauty? Then You Must Love YouTube Tutorials

It's been 5 whole years now, since YouTube first hit the internet back in 14th February 2005. And since then it's been an absolute hit with over a million members in the present day. YouTube video's can be about anything; from business to personal, from hobbies to beauty. Nearly every single subject has masses of fans depending on the likability of the 'YouTuber' that uploads the video.

This blog is going to be about Beauty YouTubers - beauty YouTube video's are a huge thing, if you asked a lot of young girls/teens today where they learnt about how they did their makeup, according to a new survey would be 41 per cent. As it was recording that much per cent of women are watching beauty videos on YouTube or dedicated blogs - an industry that's garnered 700m hits a month worldwide, according to Pixability.

And there's no denying the success of these bloggers - 38 per cent of women say they would buy products featured in the video, found the survey by Vouchercloud.com.

But what do we learn?  How to do smokey eyes and a milkmaid braid. According to YouTube smokey eyes is one of the most in demand tutorials - learning how to contour, highlight, do fancy dress make-up and pencil in our eyebrows.

Here are two of the most well known girl YouTubers in the UK that you may have heard of and why they are so successful:
