Brighton's New Topshop - Celebrity Signing or Store Opening?

Thursday the 2nd of October - brand new Topshop store. The launch marks the end of major building work at Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton.

The first lot of girls and boys queuing up for entry were seen at around 8.30am waiting to be the first 250 customers to enter the store for a free goody bag. As well as receiving complimentary coffee and smoothie testers from Starbucks and Eat, whilst they queue for over 90 minutes until the shop finally opened at 10am.

The first lot of people that got in were greeted by sales assistants, that gave you your goody bag. This is just before you step into a club like atmosphere with a fabulous showing of brand new clothes and accessories.

It comes to no shock that most of the people rushed straight to the free Brighton Rock stand, were a young girl gave you a complimentary Brighton Rock lipstick and 42 Juice drink, as long as you wrote #TOPSHOPBrightonRocks on either Instagram or Twitter. There was also a funky photo booth were friends could take photos.

It will feature Topshop and Topman’s first joint shopping space and personal shopping department outside London.

The store will offer their latest and exclusive new products, including sought-after collections such as Tall, Petite, Maternity, Topman Ltd and Lux.
